Work closely and effectively with the Founder to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. and making sure that the calendar is well managed
Manage the Founders' calendar, meetings and appointments.
To provide full secretarial support to the Founder
Coordinate flow of information both internally and externally
Screening phone calls, mails, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate and send communications on the Founders' behalf
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (visas, flights, ground transfers, hotel, forex, etc ) with attention to cost, quality and detail.
You will be assisting the founder and handling day to day secretarial activities, giving administrative support, co-ordination with departments, handling personal work, MIS reports etc.
Managing personal bookings and engagements
Experience:
7-12 years of experience
You should be proficient in MS Office
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
