Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely and effectively with the Founder to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. and making sure that the calendar is well managed
- Manage the Founders' calendar, meetings and appointments.
- To provide full secretarial support to the Founder
- Coordinate flow of information both internally and externally
- Screening phone calls, mails, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate and send communications on the Founders' behalf
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (visas, flights, ground transfers, hotel, forex, etc ) with attention to cost, quality and detail.
- You will be assisting the founder and handling day to day secretarial activities, giving administrative support, co-ordination with departments, handling personal work, MIS reports etc.
- Managing personal bookings and engagements
Experience:
- 7-12 years of experience
- You should be proficient in MS Office
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Budget : Max upto 12 L
