JD for Technology Leader @LoB
Senior Tech Lead at our startup will define technology and product roadmap and be
responsible for execution to enable outcome as a service. This role involves leading a
team of developers and actively collaborating with business leaders to use technology to
solve business problems
Responsibilities:
● Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
to inform product strategy.
● Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that supports
LOBs overall business goals and market opportunities.
● Lead the technology Strategy and Drive the execution of the technical roadmap,
ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
● Application of AI technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business
processes
● Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, libraries, and services to accelerate
development cycles and enhance the capabilities of our platform.
● Lead the development of end to end solutions driving clear business outcomes -
integrations in areas such as Catalogue management, campaign management,
Pricing, warehouse management, OMS, and supply chain processes.
● Build robust reporting/monitoring/alerting and analytics frameworks to enable
data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● 8+ years of proven hands-on experience in full-stack development within
ecommerce/D2C companies.
● Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js), Python, GoLang, or Java, along with modern
frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and server-side
frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot).
● Deep understanding of both relational and NoSQL database design, optimization,
and management.
● Experience in building Gen AI applications is advantageous.
● Extensive knowledge of e-commerce value chain, including warehouse
management, OMS, supply chain optimization, and third-party tool integration
across major marketplaces.
