Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will support and manage various HR functions, including
recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, training &
development, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal
candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive work

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating
with hiring managers.
Plan and conduct campus recruitment drives and internship programs.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
HR Policy & Compliance:
Draft, review, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with company goals and
statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national labor laws, including timely
handling of EPF, ESIC, LWF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Payroll & Attendance:
Administer monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
Monitor attendance and leave management through HRMS systems.
Coordinate with finance and vendors for timely settlement of HR and administrative
expenses.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee grievances promptly and maintain a harmonious work
environment.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives to boost
morale and productivity.

checks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor laws.
Proven ability in recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRMS tools
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Empathetic and employee-centric approach to HR management.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a similar role; experience in the
export, manufacturing, or trading sector is a plus.
Salary – 40,000/- per month
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
