Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Automation Test Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Selenium + C#, and over 5 years of overall experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical capabilities, collaborative mindset, and a solution-oriented approach to drive robust test automation frameworks and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Selenium + C#.Implement NUnit framework and Page Object Model (POM) for efficient script management.Develop automation solutions that integrate well with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).Generate detailed test reports using tools like Extent Reports.Perform end-to-end automation testing, including test script development, execution, and reporting.Conduct technical POCs and provide timely resolutions to automation challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, manual testers, BAs, and DevOps.Drive automation best practices and mentor junior team members.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in the automation space.

Required Skills:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Selenium + C#.Solid understanding of automation concepts, design principles, and tools.Proficiency in C#, with working knowledge of Java and other automation tools (e.g., UFT).Experience with test management tools like ADO, ALM.Strong experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).Sound knowledge of testing frameworks (NUnit, POM) and reporting tools (Extent Reports).Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to quickly understand systems and deliver working solutions with minimal ramp-up time.Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in integrating various automation tools for enterprise solutions.Exposure to hybrid or complex environments involving cross-tool integration.Prior experience working in agile and DevOps environments.
