Key Responsibilities:<br /> <br />
- Business Development:<br /> o Identify and engage potential suppliers and manufacturers of green building materials.<br /> o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.<br /> o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on<br /> industry trends.<br />
- Sales Strategy and Execution:<br /> o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market<br /> penetration.<br /> o Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.<br /> o Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.<br />
- Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:<br /> o Guide new suppliers and manufacturers through the onboarding process to hubeco<br /> platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.<br /> o Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and<br /> address any concerns or issues.<br /> o Develop and execute client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships.<br />
- Market Analysis and Reporting:<br /> o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales<br /> strategies.<br /> o Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business<br /> development activities.<br /> o Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.<br />
- Collaboration and Coordination:<br /> o Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns<br /> and initiatives.<br /> o Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and<br /> contribute to product enhancements.<br /> o Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote<br /> hubeco marketplace.
