Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
o Identify and engage potential suppliers and manufacturers of green building materials.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on
industry trends.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market
penetration.
o Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
o Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
3. Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:
o Guide new suppliers and manufacturers through the onboarding process to hubeco
platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
o Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and
address any concerns or issues.
o Develop and execute client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales
strategies.
o Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business
development activities.
o Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
and initiatives.
o Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and
contribute to product enhancements.
o Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote
hubeco marketplace.
