Job Summary
The Head HR will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy as the organization enters its next phase of expansion. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on HR leader capable of building a high-performance culture, enhancing leadership capability, and scaling effective people practices tailored to a fast-growing technology business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with founders and business leaders on organizational strategy and workforce planning.
- Develop and scale HR processes, policies, and frameworks to align with business growth.
- Oversee leadership hiring and succession planning across critical organizational functions.
- Enhance performance management frameworks and foster a high-accountability culture.
- Spearhead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
- Design compensation, rewards, and capability-building structures that are scalable.
- Establish robust HR operations and ensure compliance practices.
- Assist in organizational design and change management during growth phases.
- Drive the company's global expansion and talent strategy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 14 – 18 years of HR leadership experience.
- Industry Exposure: Strong background in SaaS, cybersecurity, telecom, or deep-tech sectors is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of partnering with founders and senior leadership teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong understanding of organizational scaling and culture building.
- Execution: Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Team Building: Experience in constructing teams in innovation-led or technology-first environments.
Preferred Skills
