Job Summary

The Head HR will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy as the organization enters its next phase of expansion. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on HR leader capable of building a high-performance culture, enhancing leadership capability, and scaling effective people practices tailored to a fast-growing technology business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with founders and business leaders on organizational strategy and workforce planning.
  • Develop and scale HR processes, policies, and frameworks to align with business growth.
  • Oversee leadership hiring and succession planning across critical organizational functions.
  • Enhance performance management frameworks and foster a high-accountability culture.
  • Spearhead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
  • Design compensation, rewards, and capability-building structures that are scalable.
  • Establish robust HR operations and ensure compliance practices.
  • Assist in organizational design and change management during growth phases.
  • Drive the company's global expansion and talent strategy initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 14 – 18 years of HR leadership experience.
  • Industry Exposure: Strong background in SaaS, cybersecurity, telecom, or deep-tech sectors is preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of partnering with founders and senior leadership teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong understanding of organizational scaling and culture building.
  • Execution: Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Team Building: Experience in constructing teams in innovation-led or technology-first environments.

Preferred Skills

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and execution orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • A strong business understanding coupled with a people-first philosophy.

Experience
