Key Skills: • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Technical Skills: Proven success in managing products from ideation to launch in enterprise B2B SaaS/security environments. • Working knowledge of identity standards and frameworks. • Strong experience with dual-track agile and fluid between discovery and delivery • Core understanding of UX design principles with a focus on creating user delight • Familiarity with data analysis and product analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Mixpanel) • Knowledge of the SaaS Management and Identity Governance sector • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Productboard, Notion, etc.) • Experience in a growth-stage product, 1x to 10x. • Strong understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, provisioning/de-provisioning, privileged access, governance, compliance frameworks. • Familiarity with Agile software and product development methodologies • Efficient with the RICE prioritization framework and a mix of other existing frameworks to make data-driven decisions. • Technical depth to engage with engineering on APIs, integrations, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, LDAP). Good to have: Previous experience in or exposure to companies such as: • Global IAM leaders: Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, ForgeRock. • Security-focused startups/mid-sized firms: Auth0, Saviynt, Ilantus, ManageEngine, Simeio.
