Job Summary

The AJO Lead Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), with a strong emphasis on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The role involves leveraging Adobe’s suite of tools to enhance customer experience and optimize data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create and deploy AEP solutions that include AJO, Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Develop custom workflows, applications, and API integrations utilizing JavaScript, Java, and AEP SDKs.
• Data Strategy and Management: Formulate data strategies that encompass data collection, management, and governance. Develop data models and configure XDM schemas to ensure accurate mapping of classes, field groups, identities, and attributes.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet required standards.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for design specifications, technical processes, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe products, specifically 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficient in JavaScript and Java programming languages.
• Knowledge of AEP SDKs and their application in developing solutions.
• Strong understanding of data strategies, including collection, management, and governance.
• Ability to create data models and configure XDM schemas effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
• Experience in implementing and managing Customer Data Platforms.
• Knowledge of customer journey analytics techniques.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development and data management, with a focus on Adobe solutions.
