Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Engineering Leader to lead the development and delivery of Agentic Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for Agentic Solutions.
• Lead and scale engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and maintainability of engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • 12+ years in software development with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong command of Python or Java and related frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design.

• Leadership Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop junior and senior engineers alike.

• Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and efficiency.
  • Strong focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Agility:

  • Comfortable working in a startup or fast-growing environment with evolving priorities and challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a startup or scaling organization.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI/ML.
• Expertise in data engineering, analytics, or large-scale system design.
• Familiarity with agile and lean development practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in software development with a focus on leadership roles.
