Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including audience targeting, budgeting, creatives, and performance tracking
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing
