Job Summary

The Power Pages Developer plays a vital role in designing and developing backend databases, front-end user interfaces, and logical layers to meet business requirements. This position focuses on creating applications in Microsoft Power Apps for both desktop and mobile, connecting analytics through Power BI and automating workflows through Microsoft Flow (Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend databases and front-end user interfaces based on business requirements.
• Develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including the Common Data Service (CDS), Flow, Excel, Forms, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
• Create canvas and model-driven applications to enhance user experience.
• Implement Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) for auto-approval and status update features based on predefined criteria.
• Conduct manual testing of applications, provide IT support, and engage in testing and application development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and documentation.
• Manage incidents and requests using JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in application development, specifically in Power Apps.
• Strong knowledge in developing backend databases and front-end interfaces.
• Proficiency in Agile Development and Test-Driven Development methodologies.
• Experience with manual testing and IT support processes.
• Familiarity with business analysis tasks such as documentation, meetings, and requirement gathering.
• Excellent verbal communication and email writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, reactive environment and anticipate issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI for analytics.
• Familiarity with mobile app development best practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of relevant experience in Power Apps development.

• The position is hybrid, located in Bangalore.
