Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Management:

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to source and upload high-quality images, videos, and A+ content for each listing.
  • Optimize listings with relevant keywords, detailed descriptions, and enhanced content for better visibility and ranking.
  • Employ SEO best practices for e-commerce listings.
     

Periodic Audits and Hygiene Checks:

  • Conduct regular audits of all listings to ensure they are live, accurate, and compliant with platform policies.
  • Identify and resolve any listing issues, such as suppressed listings, missing information, or incorrect product categorization.

Content Performance Analysis:

  • Analyse the performance of model images, videos, and A+ content on key metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of visuals and content to determine the most impactful strategies for customer engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve content performance.

Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Generate periodic reports on listing performance, CTR, conversions, and sales trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and supply chain) to implement improvements based on performance data.
  • Stay updated on platform-specific listing requirements, algorithm updates, and trends.
Requirements

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace listing management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle category.
  • Proven experience in optimizing and managing listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or Nykaa.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing product listings and content across major marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing content impact on CTR and conversions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and relevant analytics dashboards.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce listings.

Qualifications:
