The ideal candidate shall have experience in recruitment along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing and hiring process. We are seeking for someone who is passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth and helping people develop successful careers.   Location-   400, Senapati Bapat Marg, Dadar West, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400028.   Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.</li> <li>Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire and retain quality candidates.</li> <li>Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates and create post job descriptions.</li> </ul>   Qualifications: <ul> <li>Five or more years of experience in recruitment.</li> <li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision making skills.</li> <li>Real Estate experience will be beneficial.</li> <li>Familiarity with job boards.</li> </ul>     Note: Throughout the selection process, the organization strives to create a fair and transparent environment for candidates, where their skills and abilities are evaluated objectively, and their fit for the job and the organization is assessed.
