Job Summary
The Oracle Fusion Middleware Specialist will play a crucial role in the integration of enterprise applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies. This position requires a strong understanding of middleware components, particularly Oracle SOA Suite, and experience in developing and deploying complex integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise application integrations using Oracle Fusion Middleware products such as Oracle SOA, BPEL, OSB, and ADF.
- Develop, deploy, and manage SOAP and REST Web Services, ensuring robust interaction with various ERP systems.
- Utilize XSD, XML, XPath, XSLT, XQuery, and WSDL to create effective data transformations and validations.
- Manage middleware technologies to ensure optimal service-oriented architecture (SOA) and facilitate application integration.
- Create proxies, split joins, and business services in Oracle Service Bus (OSB) for message handling, virtualization, and protocol transformations.
- Execute and monitor BPEL processes, leveraging various technology adapters including Oracle Apps, JMS, and REST/SOAP services.
- Employ Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting to maintain and enhance integration processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, and Oracle SOA Suite 12c.
- Extensive experience with enterprise application integration methodologies.
- Proficient in using APIs and web services (both SOAP and REST).
- In-depth understanding of data formats and technologies including XSD, XML, JSON, and WSDL.
- Solid grasp of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and BPEL.
- Experience in Oracle Service Bus (OSB) for handling messages and protocol transformations.
- Familiarity with executing Unix/Linux commands, and scripting for automation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based Oracle solutions.
- Understanding of additional middleware technologies and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years in Oracle Fusion Middleware and related technologies.
