Job Summary
The Regional Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth and managing client relationships within a specified region. This position focuses on acquiring high-net-worth individuals (HNI), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI), family offices, and institutional clients while ensuring superior onboarding and engagement. The Regional Manager will lead a team of professionals to meet business targets and expand the company's market presence.
Responsibilities

Business Development
- Drive regional revenue and Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Acquire HNI, UHNI, Family Office, and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build a strong referral ecosystem through Wealth Managers, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Chartered Accountants (CAs), and financial consultants.

Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key investors and partners.
- Conduct investment presentations and portfolio discussions.
- Ensure superior client onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Work closely with Investment Advisory teams to provide customized solutions.

Sales Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Track sales funnel, conversions, and client acquisition metrics.
- Drive cross-selling of global investment products and alternative investment opportunities.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Relationship Managers and Business Development professionals.
- Monitor productivity and drive performance through coaching.
- Conduct regular business reviews and pipeline discussions.

Market Development
- Expand Spring Street's presence across the assigned region.
- Organize investor meets, networking events, webinars, and partner engagement programs.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitor activities.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Product, Investment, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Provide market feedback for product enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of wealth management and global investing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in investment advisory or financial services.
- Knowledge of global investment products and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking systems.
- Strong networking abilities and business acumen.
Experience
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in wealth management, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
Environment
The position will primarily be based in Mumbai, with potential travel within the assigned region for client meetings and events. The role may involve a mix of office work and field activities.
