Key Account Manager (Corporate Accounts)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Key Account Manager to drive growth across major corporate hospital networks in the Radiology segment. The role focuses on expanding our medical devices, contrast media, and radiology consumables portfolio across multi-site institutional accounts. Candidates must have strong experience in medical devices or capital equipment sales and established relationships with senior hospital decision-makers. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role involving complex negotiations at both facility and corporate levels.
Responsibilities

Corporate Account Management
- Manage and expand key accounts across leading corporate hospital chains, primarily in South India.
- Build strong relationships with central procurement, supply chain leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead account planning, tender participation, contract renewals, and pricing discussions.

Sales & Business Development
- Meet sales targets for contrast media, pressure injectors, and radiology consumables.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and enter new hospital networks.
- Drive product discussions for capital equipment and hospital supplies.

Negotiation & Commercial Excellence
- Handle complex negotiations with group purchasing teams and multi-hospital networks.
- Lead conversion and cross-selling initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate commercial and procurement requirements.

Stakeholder & Internal Coordination
- Maintain strong engagement with hospital leadership, radiology teams, biomedical, and purchase departments.
- Coordinate with marketing, service, supply chain, and application teams for seamless execution.
- Track tender calendars, contract expiries, and competitive activities.
Qualifications

Must-Have:
- 6–12 years in medical devices, capital equipment, radiology, or hospital equipment sales.
- Proven corporate account management experience within large healthcare groups.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience with capital equipment or high-value consumables.

Good to Have:
- Exposure to contrast media, injectors, CT/MRI ecosystem, or diagnostic imaging.
- Familiarity with tenders, rate contracts, and multi-location hospital agreements.
- Strong network in the South India healthcare market.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Biomedical, or Life Sciences.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
