<div>Order Processing Executive (Myntra/Nykaa/Cred/Website Orders) - JD</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:- Manage order processing for Myntra, Nykaa, Cred, and brand website platforms</div> <div>.- Monitor and execute orders based on platform-specific cutoff times and SLAs.</div> <div>- Ensure accuracy in order picking, invoicing, and packing.</div> <div>- Reconcile daily orders - processed, pending, and cancelled</div> <div>.- Communicate with warehouse and CS teams for timely resolution of issues.</div> <div>Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce order processing.- Strong understanding of order cutoff timings and platform SLAs.-</div> <div>Experience in working with OMS/WMS (Increff preferred).-</div> <div>Previous exposure to D2C brand operations is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.-</div> <div>Knowledge of Increff WMS software will be an added advantage</div>
