Job Summary

The GenAI / AI Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and deploying innovative AI solutions. This position emphasizes the application of advanced programming and AI technologies to create and optimize generative AI solutions that meet enterprise business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage AI applications using the Emma Orchestration Engine.
• Utilize Python programming to build and implement AI/ML algorithms.
• Design and deploy agentic platforms using pro-code tools such as Autogen, Semantic Kernel, and LangGraph, and low-code tools such as Crew.ai and EMA.ai.
• Work with Azure OpenAI and other related Azure services to implement generative AI solutions.
• Fine-tune and optimize AI models for specific enterprise use cases to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Flask and Django.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI applications, ensuring stability and performance in production environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming specifically for AI/ML applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Emma Orchestration Engine.
• Knowledge and experience with generative AI libraries such as LlamaIndex and LangChain.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and deploying RESTful APIs.
• Experience with both pro-code and low-code AI platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize AI models for enterprise use cases.
• End-to-end exposure to deploying and managing AI applications in production settings.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, particularly Azure.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of data management and data governance practices.
