Job Description
What you'll do
- Close deals with enterprise customers
- Understand customer's goals and challenges and establish Xeno’s product as the best solution available.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers & influence the long-term strategic direction
- Take end-to-end ownership of client deals including prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise accounts.
- Interact with people at any level within the customer organization from CxO’s to finance to executives
- Work with the different teams across the company to bring about change and help drive the business forward
- Working closely with the Marketing team to identify best practices and industries for generating inbound leads.
What we are looking for
- Graduate with 4-7 years of experience in Business Development & Sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience towards selling to large enterprises and to the Indian Market
- Experience of selling solutions to the retail sector is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, forward-thinking and decision making skills
will report to national sales head (fahad mir), 4-5 sales team is present. 1mn arr, deck is due 100+ offices in delhi, mumbai.
