Job Description
<p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Close deals with enterprise customers</li>
<li>Understand customer's goals and challenges and establish Xeno’s product as the best solution available.</li>
<li>Build and maintain executive relationships with customers & influence the long-term strategic direction</li>
<li>Take end-to-end ownership of client deals including prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise accounts.</li>
<li>Interact with people at any level within the customer organization from CxO’s to finance to executives</li>
<li>Work with the different teams across the company to bring about change and help drive the business forward</li>
<li>Working closely with the Marketing team to identify best practices and industries for generating inbound leads.</li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate with 4-7 years of experience in Business Development & Sales</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience towards selling to large enterprises and to the Indian Market</li>
<li>Experience of selling solutions to the retail sector is a plus</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset, forward-thinking and decision making skills</li>
</ul>
<div>will report to national sales head (fahad mir), 4-5 sales team is present. 1mn arr, deck is due 100+ offices in delhi, mumbai. </div>
