Job Description

What you'll do

  • Close deals with enterprise customers
  • Understand customer's goals and challenges and establish Xeno’s product as the best solution available.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers & influence the long-term strategic direction
  • Take end-to-end ownership of client deals including prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise accounts.
  • Interact with people at any level within the customer organization from CxO’s to finance to executives
  • Work with the different teams across the company to bring about change and help drive the business forward
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to identify best practices and industries for generating inbound leads.

 

What we are looking for

  • Graduate with 4-7 years of experience in Business Development & Sales
  • Minimum 3 years of experience towards selling to large enterprises and to the Indian Market
  • Experience of selling solutions to the retail sector is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, forward-thinking and decision making skills
will report to national sales head (fahad mir), 4-5 sales team is present. 1mn arr, deck is due 100+  offices in delhi, mumbai.
