Job Summary

The Automation Tester will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. This role contributes to the organization’s goals by enhancing testing efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately supporting the delivery of high-quality software to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation tests utilizing Selenium WebDriver with C# or Java.
• Implement and execute test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure effective test coverage.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman to verify service functionality and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes with tools like Jenkins.
• Document test procedures, results, and identify areas for improvement in the testing process.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in automation testing.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Selenium WebDriver with C# or Java.
  • Basic knowledge of test frameworks such as NUnit.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman.
  • Experience with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing is required.

Environment

• Onsite position located in Noida.

Salary

• Estimated salary range of ₹85,000 + GST.
