• Take ownership of stakeholder management across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of sourcing strategy across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of data & reporting across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of employer branding across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Consumer Services or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
