Senior Python Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced software solutions, particularly focusing on AI/ML engineering and Legal Master Language Models (LLMs). This role requires a strong command of Python, expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, and the ability to deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will play a critical role in building scalable, robust applications that contribute directly to our technological goals and innovation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for AI/ML applications.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Legal Master Language Models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure code quality, organization, and automation of tasks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, including model development, training, and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of Legal Master Language Models (LLMs) and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, version control (Git), and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying machine learning solutions.
• Experience in developing AI solutions for legal technology or related domains.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Python development, AI/ML engineering, and working with Legal Master Language Models or similar advanced language models.
