<div>&middot;To assist the senior investment management team in the appraisal and execution of investment opportunities in social and community enterprises</div> <div>&middot;Appraisal of the commercial and financial viability of organizations and their ability to afford to take on investment</div> <div>&middot;Evaluation of the social impact of organizations</div> <div>&middot;Maintenance of relationships with portfolio companies and monitoring their social and financial performance</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Specific Responsibilities</div> <div>&bull;Undertake initial screening of inquiries and assessment of applications for investment firm</div> <div>&bull;Assist investment managers with commercial and financial due diligence, performing market research and financial analysis, including review of historic and prospective financial information</div> <div>&bull;Contribute to the drafting of investment papers for review by investment managers before submission to the Pre-Investment Committee and Investment Committee</div> <div>&bull;Undertake impact performance assessments of existing and prospective investees</div> <div>&bull;Support all aspects of investment portfolio management, monitoring the social and financial performance of existing investments, reviewing management information and compliance with covenants, and providing investee support</div> <div>&bull;Undertake targeted research and marketing efforts in order to support the development of a pipeline of new investment business opportunities</div>
