Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Own and scale Google Ads, Meta Ads, and App Marketing (Android-first ecosystem).
● Drive revenue growth from paid channels with strong RoAS discipline.
● Build and optimize full-funnel D2C strategy: acquisition → retargeting → repeat
purchase.
● Manage performance budgets with strict CAC and contribution margin accountability.
● Set up attribution frameworks (GA4, app analytics, pixel tracking, cohort analysis).
● Work closely with product and regional teams to align offers and campaigns.
● Lead creative testing velocity (ad hooks, landing pages, vernacular messaging).
AI-First Mandate:
We are looking for an AI-native strategic digital marketer with a technology background, not a manual ad-panel/dashboard optimiser.
You will:
● Build AI workflows to automate reporting, creative generation, bid optimization
insights, and performance diagnostics.
● Use AI tools to accelerate campaign testing cycles and reduce human dependency
on repetitive ops.
● Design systems where automation improves scale without compromising profitability.
KPIs
● Monthly e-commerce revenue from paid channels.
● High RoAS across Google, Meta & App campaigns.
● CAC within defined unit economics.
● Repeat purchase rate improvement.
● Paid contribution to overall product sales
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 6 - 8 years in D2C performance marketing.
● Proven track record of scaling revenue via Google, Meta & app marketing.
● Has built performance systems from scratch (not just managed agency outputs).
● Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, LTV, and cohort economics.
● Strong experimentation mindset with disciplined testing frameworks.
● Comfortable working in a 5-day WFO setup in J P Nagar, Bengaluru.
● Willing to travel occasionally to Hassan for on-ground alignment.
● Advantage if you’ve worked in:
● D2C FMCG, health, agri-inputs, supplements, or Bharat-focused brands.
