Job Summary

The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing vendor relations. This role contributes to the organization's goals by efficiently handling property management operations and enhancing tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for producing reports as per top management's requirements.
• Ability to create estimates and budget sheets for site/floor renovation projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various building operations efficiently.
• Problem-solving skills to address tenant concerns and maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of property management software or tools is preferred.
