Job Summary

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting migration or transformation initiatives within the organization. This position is responsible for engaging with global stakeholders to analyze business requirements and ensure successful project implementation, contributing to the overall goals of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for migration and transformation projects.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.
• Employ Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Figma to track progress and document workflows.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ITIL and enterprise architecture during project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in business analysis for migration or transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL, enterprise architecture, and experience with tools such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with DevOps platforms and security or inventory management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced data analysis and reporting tools.
• Certification in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and methodologies.

Experience

8–12 years of experience in business analysis, specifically geared towards migration or transformation initiatives.
