Job Summary

The Java Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java and related technologies. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend systems to deliver high-performance applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using React JS.
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services such as EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Utilize messaging and database technologies like Kafka and Cassandra for effective data processing and storage.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best coding practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java, with a focus on backend development.
• Experience with Spring Boot and building microservices.
• Solid understanding of AWS services (particularly EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Familiarity with message queuing systems like Kafka and databases such as Cassandra.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React JS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with container orchestration tools, preferably Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
