We have already got placement in multiple global chains like Walmart, Target, Hobby Lobby, Smyths&rsquo;, WH Smiths etc.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>The Role<br /> &bull;<br /> Handle account management for key retail customers like Walmart, Target, Hobby Lobbyetc, ensuring that Skillmatics is in position to meet all expectations.<br /> &bull;<br /> Work directly with the Sales Heads of UK &amp; USA to understand requirements andcommunicate to multiple teams accordingly<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage a cross functional team across development, operations and logistics to ensureappropriate forms are filled and full operational compliance is achieved<br /> &bull;<br /> Play a key role in building the business with each account by understanding theirrequirements and taking ownership of deliverables<br /> &bull;<br /> Work with finance team to maintain a tracker on due payments and submit appropriatedocumentation, wherever applicable</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>You&rsquo;re a good fit if you:<br /> &bull;2+yrs of Experience in working in retail operations, dealing with global or local retailers&bull;Have good written and verbal communication skills and are able to independently propose solutions while working well with people&bull;Are a self starter and interested in a role with cross-functional exposure&bull;Have high energy and a bias for action&bull;Proficient in excel<br /> Preferred Qualification<br /> &bull;<br /> 3+ years of experience, with a preference of experience with Retail Net / Partners Online orworking for Walmart / Target Global Sourcing teams</div>
