  1. Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of Google Facebook campaigns with<br /> goals to increase transactions, new users, acquired via Ad manager and AdWords<br />
  2. Responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the digital platforms<br /> like Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Outbrain, Bing, etc.)<br />
  3. Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting,<br /> optimization, and reporting<br />
  4. Consistently monitoring campaign performance and results, and sharing these results with the creative and<br /> strategic teams along with recommendations to further optimize content<br />
  5. Budget planning & ensuring the budget is wisely allocated across different marketing channels to achieve<br /> maximum ROI<br />
  6. Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.<br />
  7. Planning and running AB tests for all necessary creatives in the most efficient manner<br />
  8. Partner with the creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative<br /> and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches<br />
  9. Handling social media accounts, designing social media calendar, briefing the content and design teams, stay<br /> up to date with social trends and create quality content.<br />
  10. Work on creative strategy, come up with ad ideas, and execute them with the help of creative and content<br /> teams.<br /> Skills<br />
  11. 7-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing developing and implementing digital marketing strategies<br />
  12. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or<br /> display advertising campaigns<br />
  13. Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices<br />
  14. 3-5 years of experience on Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM software<br />
  15. Should have managed 1 Cr+ monthly Performance Marketing Budgets<br />
  16. Should be analytically strong and a strategic thinker<br />
  17. Experience and ability to manage scale (strong knowledge of organized players (Facebook/Google etc) and<br /> Affiliate platforms as well as experience to build fresh Acquisition sources by challenging the status quo.<br /> Qualification<br />
  18. Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field is a plus(not required)
