Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing product storytelling, managing launches, and developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to elevate the visibility and success of our AI Code Review platform. This position is critical in shaping how the world perceives CodeAnt and driving strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the narrative: Rework the website, landing pages, pitch decks, and social presence to shape global perceptions of CodeAnt.
- Run our launches: Manage planning, prioritization, and scaling of launch communications across various channels, including email, social media, and Product Hunt.
- Tell the product story: Develop compelling messaging for CodeAnt's 3 product lines and 30+ features to engage users effectively.
- Build the GTM engine: Define product positioning, create launch assets, develop content, and measure campaign outcomes.
- Create beautiful content: Produce case studies, comparison pages, ROI calculators, demo walkthroughs, and security one-pagers that resonate with our audience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–6 years in Product Marketing Management (PMM) in a SaaS or developer tools startup.
- Writing Skills: Ability to write fast, clearly, and persuasively with an understanding of developer needs.
- Narrative Thinking: Proficiency in thinking in narratives rather than just focusing on features.
- Growth Mindset: Focused on developing growth as a systematic and repeatable process.
- Proactivity: No hesitation to take initiative and deliver results quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with product marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in creating compelling marketing collateral.
- Understanding of software development processes and terminology.
Experience
2–6 years in a product marketing role within a technology-focused organization, preferably in SaaS or developer tools.
Environment
