We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, high-energy Brand Manager who’s ready to take Hera’s brand to the next level. Someone who’s strategic yet hands-on, thrives in front of the camera, and is excited about managing the entire end-to-end creative process—from ideation to execution.<br />
This role demands a natural leader with an outgoing personality who’s comfortable on camera, passionate about storytelling, and can own the production process. We need someone who can strategize big ideas, roll up their sleeves to execute them, and confidently represent the brand both online and offline.<br />
You’ll be the face behind Hera’s campaigns, leading brand activations, managing high-impact events, and collaborating closely with the creative, marketing, and leadership teams.<br />

<div>Key Responsibilities:<br />

Own Hera’s brand strategy and ensure a cohesive presence across all platforms.<br />
•<br />
Lead PR initiatives, pop-up events, guerilla marketing, and engaging brand campaigns.<br />
•<br />
Face the camera and lead video productions, storytelling, and promotional content.<br />
•<br />
Manage social media strategies, content calendars, and digital marketing efforts.<br />
•<br />
Oversee end-to-end production—from concept, scripting, and shooting to post-production.<br />
•<br />
Build and manage the personal brand of the CEO across professional platforms.<br />
•<br />
Collaborate with creative teams, media partners, and internal stakeholders to execute brand initiatives.<br />
•<br />
Manage budgets for branding activities, ensuring efficient spending and high ROI.<br />
•<br />
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies as needed.</div>

<div>Preferred Qualifications:<br />
•<br />
Degree in Journalism, Design, or Marketing from Top 5 institutions.<br />
•<br />
Experience in branding, PR, events, and social media marketing.<br />
•<br />
Strong on-camera presence with the ability to lead and produce video content.</div>
<div>•<br />
Proven background in end-to-end production—from ideation to post-production.<br />
•<br />
Demonstrated experience in budget management for branding campaigns and events.<br />
•<br />
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and storytelling skills.<br />
•<br />
Strong leadership abilities with a knack for team collaboration and cross-functional work.<br />
•<br />
