Key Responsibilities ● Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. ● Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies and campaigns. ● Supervise end-to-end project delivery, from briefing, creative ideation, and execution to final delivery. ● Coordinate internally with content, production, and business teams to align client expectations with project outcomes. ● Monitor project milestones and budgets to ensure timely, within-scope delivery, while anticipating and mitigating potential risks or delays. ● Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. ● Prepare performance reports and campaign reviews for clients and senior leadership. ● Handle conflict resolution, escalations, and client feedback with professionalism and composure. Requirements - ● 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing communications. ● Proven experience managing large accounts or multiple clients simultaneously. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ● Strong organisational and leadership abilities. ● Experience working in an agency or creative environment is preferred. ● Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
