Job Description: Experienced BDR for PLM Lead Generation (India, US, Europe)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead
generation for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions across India, the US, and
Europe. This role focuses on outbound prospecting to identify, engage, and qualify leads,
building a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Conduct proactive outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social platforms to
identify potential clients.
Research and map target accounts, focusing on decision-makers relevant to PLM
solutions.
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and databases to build and manage
prospect lists.
Outreach & Handoff
Execute high-volume outbound calling and messaging campaigns to spark interest in
PLM offerings.
Tailor outreach to regional and industry-specific needs for relevance and impact.
Record all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
Pass qualified leads to sales team for further engagement and conversion.
Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
Report on lead generation metrics, pipeline status, and campaign outcomes.
Support virtual and in-person events to boost lead gen efforts when needed.Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Strong research and communication skills; able to engage mid-to-senior-level
stakeholders.
Understanding of PLM or other Enterprise software is preferred
Proficient with CRM and other sales engagement tools.
Cultural adaptability with either pr all of India, US, and European markets.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
