Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven D2C Performance Marketing Manager to scale customer acquisition, improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and drive profitable growth across digital channels for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other acquisition channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), ROAS, Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), conversion rate, and revenue.
- Work collaboratively with creative, content, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Build a landing page testing roadmap and conduct A/B tests.
- Analyze funnel performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 – 6 years of D2C performance marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Knowledge of attribution, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify and D2C brands.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), customer lifecycle, and retention marketing.
Experience
- Candidates should have 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in D2C performance marketing.
