Job Description

Brand Search & CM3 Growth ● Own the CM3 metric end-to-end — plan, execute, and iterate on initiatives that directly grow branded search volume across Google, Amazon, and other relevant platforms. ● Build and maintain a brand search dashboard; set monthly/quarterly targets and track performance rigorously. ● Identify and act on search trend signals, competitive gaps, and seasonal opportunities. Digital Media Planning & Execution ● Plan and manage media campaigns across OTT and digital video platforms (Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, JioCinema, etc.), programmatic display, and social channels. ● Negotiate, brief, and evaluate media buys — understand reach, frequency, CPM benchmarks, and attribution for each platform. ● Stay current on ad formats, sponsorship opportunities, and audience targeting capabilities across the digital media landscape. Organic Search & Content-Led Discovery ● Develop and execute a roadmap to grow organic search volume — covering SEO strategy, content planning, keyword mapping, and on-page/off-page optimisation. ● Collaborate with content creators and agencies to produce search-friendly assets (blogs, landing pages, how-to content, comparison pages). ● Monitor and improve organic share of voice relative to category competitors. Campaign Strategy & Research ● Conduct deep-dive research on category trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and emerging channels. ● Propose new campaign ideas backed by data — from concept through media mix to expected outcomes. ● Draft communication briefs and creative directions; coordinate with design/agency teams for execution. Analytics & Reporting ● Set up and maintain marketing dashboards (Google Analytics, Search Console, platform-level analytics). ● Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to the founding team with clear insights and next steps. ● Run A/B tests and post-campaign analyses to continuously improve ROI.
