Job Summary

The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales efforts within the organization, focusing on the affordable housing segment. This role is essential for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the sales team meets stringent sales goals. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of the market and alleviate the challenges faced by clients, offering tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of clients and offer tailored solutions and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Affordable products and services and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their housing needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating product value.
  • Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree from a tier 1 or premier college.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years’ work experience in sales.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in Housing or Real Estate, specifically within the affordable segment.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years in a relevant role, demonstrating a successful track record in sales, particularly in the housing or real estate sector.

Environment

The position will be based in Mumbai, with a full-time employment arrangement. The role may involve traveling to meet clients and attend industry events.
