Job Summary

The Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS Resource will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Oracle Cloud applications. This position demands extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies along with strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration within teams and with business stakeholders. The candidate is expected to contribute significantly to instance planning, SaaS, and PaaS integrations while providing support and enhancements to the systems as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and related automated processes.
• Coordinate with Oracle support for troubleshooting, raising service requests, and managing cloud-related issues.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with users.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary system enhancements based on business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, recommend best practices for process improvements, and manage instance refresh strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in Oracle Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, and Instance Planning).
• Technical Skills:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Oracle Cloud Interfaces
  • SOAP Web services
  • REST API
  • File Based Data Import (FBDI)
  • BI Publisher reports and migration
  • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Reporting & Dashboards
  • SQL & PL/SQL
  • Storage Cloud
  • Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
  • Knowledge of migrating objects to Oracle Cloud Production.
  • Understanding of Single Sign-On in Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle documentation (Design, Technical, Migration).
  • Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Instance Management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Understanding of multi-currency and multi-language setups within Oracle Enterprise.
• Background in financial closure processes.
• Knowledge of code repositories like Git for version control.

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud configurations and operations.
