Job Summary

The Executive OTC LATAM role aims to oversee the operations and strategy of the Order to Cash (OTC) processes within the Latin American region. This position is pivotal in enhancing customer experience and optimizing cash flow processes, contributing to the organization's overall goals and success in the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate OTC operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and accelerate cash collection.

• Analyze OTC performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in OTC or finance roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with an understanding of ERP systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the LATAM market and knowledge of regional financial regulations.
