Job Summary

As a Software Engineer at HumanBit, you will play a critical role in building and enhancing our recruitment platform. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of helping companies hire the right talent faster through AI technology. This role is ideal for someone looking to make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js.
  • Implement API state management and gateway functionalities.
  • Build and integrate services, with a preference for Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and deployment strategies of our platform.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Next.js.
  • Experience with API state management and gateways.
  • Knowledge of integration services; experience with AWS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Node.js is a bonus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Experience in cloud computing and microservices architecture.
