Job Summary
The Nexthink Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) by leveraging the Nexthink Infinity Platform. This position involves proactive analysis, reporting, and the creation of actionable insights to improve DEX scores and support the organization's operational strategies.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Nexthink Infinity Platform to create remote actions, campaigns, and workflows.
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in DEX scores.
- Develop relevant alerts, dashboards, and reports tailored to client needs.
- Create remote actions to address common incidents effectively.
- Write custom scripts and design custom dashboards to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Execute Nexthink Query Language (NQL) queries to extract and analyze data.
- Collaborate on various reporting and analytics projects with both internal and external clients.
- Gather and document customer business requirements to translate them into production reports and dashboards.
- Ensure consistent data quality by working across functional lines.
- Continuously review reports to identify improvement opportunities and minimize redundant reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or PowerPoint for data visualization.
- Automate data preparation and report creation wherever feasible.
- Provide technical advice and leadership on reporting solution analysis, proposal, creation, implementation, and support.
- Deliver high-quality output to end users in a timely manner.
- Offer day-to-day support for ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in the Nexthink Infinity Platform.
- Strong knowledge of NQL queries.
- Experience with Power BI and PowerPoint for data visualization.
- Ability to create custom scripts and dashboards.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in project management and documentation.
- Familiarity with automation tools for data preparation and reporting.
- Knowledge of business and operational strategies to identify critical metrics.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or a related field, preferably with a focus on digital employee experience.

Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹1,500,000 per annum.
