Senior Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies for Homeville Group, focusing on the Affordable Home Loan sector. This role requires a deep understanding of home loans, loan against property (LAP), and margin money funding. The incumbent will collaborate closely with management and business unit owners to drive sales growth and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Source Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Margin Money Funding cases from open market, developer channels, and connectors/Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
  • Focus on affordable home loans with a ticket size of approximately INR 40 lakhs.
  • Collaborate with management and business unit owners to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Manage and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, market connectors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree required.
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the home loan or affordable housing finance sector.
  • Basic knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in managing sales pipelines and client interactions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in affordable housing finance or related financial products.
  • Familiarity with developer channels and market connectors.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the home loan sector.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the affordable home loan or financial services sector.
