Title: Associate Product Manager /Product Manager (Multiple positions)

Required experience: 3-12 years experience. Exposure to Capital Market is mandatory.

Location: Bangalore or Mumbai.

What you will do!

• Spearhead building of the new transformation platform. Build a forward-looking brokers’ platform.
• Manage the complete product life cycle: Crafting product vision and clear speccing to collaborating with developers, QA, release, support, and being customer evangelist.
• Bring a metrics-driven approach to product development. Approach building software building with extensible. Build frameworks, not just features.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executives. Provide regular progress reports to the CEO & other stakeholders (including project status and timelines).
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team.

Team

You will be joining the team responsible for the transformation of trading systems. The team's primary objective is to build the next-generation platform/trading framework for Indian and international markets. These mission-critical software have a very long shelf life and are designed ground-up for high reliability, scalability, low latency, and resilience.

Product

A SaaS platform comprising multiple services (user management, payment, transactions, high-frequency market information, market analytics, notification/messaging, big data processing, process orchestration, and many more). All services will be built as a platform or framework approach. Partners' developer teams will be able to extend product functionality as per their needs. Currently, we are actively building the team and evaluating the stack and tools suitable for the domain. Early start-up phase inside of an established company.
