Job Description
Growth Leader:
- Will help scale up on Quick com. Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc are NOT the focus as they are not conducive due to logistics
- Will have P&L responsibility, overall digital strategy, digital marketing and campaigns
- Works with an agency, but he/ she can set up a team of their own
- Currently the brand lead Jumana is doubling as a Qcom head, the growth leader will take over from here and the co founders who are handling each platform at the moment
- Non negotiable experience: Consulting specifically MBB; IIT + IIM or at least IIM
