This role combines Personal Assistant [ P A] responsibilities with complete ownership of D omestic & I nternational T ravel M anagement for the Managing Director and fam ily members . The candidate will act as a trusted partner to the MD by ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, travel planning & admirative coordination while maintaining complete confidentiality & professionalism. Key Responsibilities 1. Travel Management: • Independently man age all domestic and international travel requirements for the Managing Director and family members. • Book flights, hotels, visas, forex, airport transfers, travel insurance, and other travel - related services. • Identify the most cost - effective travel optio ns while maintaining service quality. • Coordinate with travel agents and cross - check fares through Galileo or similar Global Distribution Systems (GDS). • Handle SOTO travel bookings and negotiate the best available fares. • Ensure timely completion of visa applications, passport documentation, forex arrangements, travel insurance, and all statutory travel documentation. • Coordinate travel itineraries and provide ongoing travel support during domestic and international trips. • Manage employee travel bookings as per company policy. • Complete web check - ins and ensure all travel documents are shared in advance. • Maintain complete travel records and MIS for all bookings. 2. Personal Assistant : • Plan and manage complete travel itineraries for the Managing Director and family members, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, airport transfers, local transportation/car bookings, meeting schedules, and other travel logistics to ensure seamless travel. • Provide personal assistance to the Managing Director and family members, Resp onsible for complete travel itenary for travel of MD or any of the family member 3. Bi lling & Administration • Process travel invoices with supporting documentation. • Maintain accurate travel MIS and booking trackers. • Coordinate vendor payments and travel - related documentation. • Ensure proper filing of travel records and administrative documents.FAMY GROUP Expected from candidate • Graduate in any Discipline • Strong hands - on experience in domestic and international travel management. • Experience working with prom oters, founders, or business families will be highly preferred. • Candidates having 5+ years of travel management experience followed by Executive Assistant responsibilities will be preferred. • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. • Profi ciency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience using Galileo or any Global Distribution System (GDS) is preferred. • IATA certification will be an added advantage. Additional Requirements • Maximum Age: 4 5 years • Should be willing to travel locally for: Visa processing , Embassy/Consulate visits , Passport - related work , Forex arrangements , Travel documentation & Other travel - related coordination as required • Should be comfortable coordinating with the Managing Director's family members whenever required. • Must be flexible to support urgent travel requirements outside regular office hours, whenever necessary.
