Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis • Prepare and support monthly MIS, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet analysis • Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) with explanations linked to business and delivery drivers • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across multiple games and business lines • Own / co-own rolling forecasts and clearly articulate drivers, risks, and outlook changes • Build and maintain short-term and long-term financial models (3–5 years) • Conduct scenario and what-if analysis to support planning decisions across games and services Revenue Management & Strategy • Analyze and track revenue streams across different game titles, platforms, and service contracts to ensure accurate recognition and forecasting • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to monetization, player spend, and contract milestones to identify revenue growth opportunities • Partner with the Sales and Business Development teams to review deal structures, ensuring alignment with margin targets and revenue goals • Perform deep-dive analysis into revenue leakages, credit risks, and billing accuracy to optimize top-line performance • Develop robust revenue models that account for seasonality, market trends, and specific game lifecycle stages Games, Business Lines & Company Performance • Support financial analysis for individual games, business lines, and overall company level • Assist in tracking profitability and contribution across different games and service engagements • Provide structured financial views to help leadership understand performance across titles and the broader business • Consolidate performance insights, risks, and sensitivities across games and business lines for leadership visibility Business & Stakeholder Support • Partner with Product, Studio, Delivery, Sales, HR, and Operations teams for planning and cost control • Support analysis related to pricing, headcount planning, and delivery efficiency • Prepare inputs for investor and board-level financial presentations and dashboards • Prepare and present periodic business performance reviews for leadership with clear narratives and insights • Provide clear financial insights to leadership to support decision-making • Challenge assumptions, plans, and forecasts using data, and propose alternative scenarios or efficiency opportunities Data Accuracy & Financial Discipline • Ensure accuracy and consistency across accounting systems, MIS, payroll, and banking data • Coordinate with accounting and compliance teams to support timely monthly closures • Lead post-close performance reviews with stakeholders to explain results and key drivers • Help improve and standardize FP&A processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics Skill Requirements • Experience with P&L management, OpEx budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. • Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi/Zoho Analytics or equivalent • 3+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience • Highly motived with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities. • Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources. • Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy. • Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills that enable clear and concise communication to all levels of the organization. • Expertise in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. • Academic Qualifications - Master of Business Administration in Finance. Bachelor’s degree required – Finance / Accounting related field preferred.
