<p>Role Summary</p> <p>The person shall be spearheading the Vertical / Investor Relations/ Business Development. Thisposition allows work on various deals from structured finance, project finance, M&amp;A, and Equity fundraising to capital markets deals across sectors and on a complete deal life cycle of live deals both Indian and international. Along with this, the roles build one up to handle deal execution independently in the future. This person will be responsible for relationship building on both the corporate and investor/lender side as well.</p> <p>A) Job Description</p> <p>Responsibilities - Client Coverage/ Business Development</p> <p>a) Client Coverage &bull; Client coverage Vertical and Deal origination &bull; Will be responsible for Relationship building corporate and investor/lender side as well.</p> <p>&bull; Dealing with Promoters/ Directors or equivalent C-level executives of the corporate</p> <p>&bull; Business Development and Mandate Execution</p> <p>b) Investor / Lender Management</p> <p>&bull; Identifying and maintaining the investor&#39;s relationship</p> <p>&bull; Identifying investor/ Investment rationale and placing suitable proposals/Deals/Projections with the aim of deal closure.</p> <p>c) Client Coordination &bull; Lead client coordination for information requirements and closure.</p> <p>&bull; Update/follow-ups/hand-holding in negotiation/ client participation.</p> <p>&bull; Demonstrate strength and experience in client-requester relationships. While gathering information/knowledge from the client</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>1. At least 15 years of overall experience</p> <p>2. At least 10 years of experience in Investment banking/ 10 years in similar domain in Banks/ FI/ Fund House</p> <p>3. Must have experience of Client coordination.</p> <p>4. Must have Investor Co-ordination experience.</p> <p>5. Must have managed the Project Team/ Vertical/ or have headed a similar vertical.</p> <p>6. Must have experience in handling a complete deal life cycle including execution as well.</p> <p>Education MBA or CFA or CA/MFA</p> <p>Skills &amp; Attitude</p> <p>1. Client Co-ordination</p> <p>2.
