<div>1. Build and maintain an accurate CRM database by collecting data through various channels and using data scraping tools where necessary. 2. Develop and maintain a structured outreach calendar, highlighting follow-up dates, personalized outreach strategies, and targeted campaigns. 3. Collaborate with teams to create lead-focused content for emails, social media, and other channels to attract and convert prospects. 4. Plan and implement email outreach campaigns, crafting personalized messages while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations. 5. Engage with potential leads across multiple channels (email, social media), respond promptly to inquiries, and nurture relationships to build trust. 6. Track and record all sales activities, including meetings, calls, and emails, ensuring the sales pipeline remains organized and up to date. 7. Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues to improve conversion rates. 8. Generate regular reports from the CRM to provide insights into the health of the sales pipeline, identify areas for improvement, and track conversion rates. 9. Analyze trends in customer behavior, sales cycles, and conversion rates, using these insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.</div>

<div>Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, commerce, or business administration 2. 0-2 years of experience in sales & marketing related data roles 3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Zoho), MS Office & G Suite 4. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 6. Hands-on experience of data scrapping tools is a plus Evaluation Process: Online assessment and communication test, 2 interview rounds with VPs and Partners Location: Compensation: Hyderabad; Full-time work from office Annual CTC (fixed + variable) of 3L based on profile and performance during evaluation process. Additional bonus upon sales closures.
