With ambitious growth plans, Whizzo is <br /> looking for a Business Finance professional to partner with leadership in driving financial planning, investor <br /> reporting, and commercial decision-making. <br /> Key Responsibilities <br /> ● Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). <br /> ● Build and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning models. <br /> ● Analyze business unit / SKU / region / channel-wise performance to identify growth levers. <br /> ● Business Partnering & Decision Support. <br /> ● Partner with sales, operations, and supply chain to assess pricing, margins, and ROI of initiatives. <br /> ● Support negotiations with suppliers/customers through financial models and profitability analysis. <br /> ● Investor & Board Reporting. <br /> ● Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and KPI reports for investors and leadership. <br /> ● Support fundraise processes through data rooms, due diligence, and financial projections. <br /> ● Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: <br /> ● Track receivables, payables, and credit terms to ensure liquidity discipline. <br /> ● Develop frameworks for credit assessment of customers/suppliers to mitigate bad debt risks. <br /> ● Controls & Compliance. <br /> ● Strengthen financial processes, systems, and internal controls in line with best practices. <br /> ● Work with auditors, legal, and banking partners on compliance requirements. <br /> Requirements <br /> ● Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance / CFA with 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or <br /> consulting. <br /> ● Prior exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, textiles, or B2B sectors, with a strong preference for candidate from <br /> startup environments. <br /> ● Strong financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills. <br /> ● Experience in early-stage/startup setups will be a plus. <br /> ● Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment. <br /> ● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. <br /> What We Offer <br /> ● Opportunity to be part of the foundational finance team in a fast-scaling B2B startup. <br /> ● Exposure to end-to-end business finance beyond just accounting. <br /> ● Direct visibility with founder, investors, and senior leadership. <br /> ● Competitive compensation with potential ESOPs.
