Job Summary

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or in a similar leadership role within the Fintech or Insur-Tech industry.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and systems design.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Educational qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience
