Job Summary

Wootz.Work is seeking a proactive Data Analyst to join our growing team. The primary purpose of this role is to analyze business metrics and provide insights that help in decision-making processes. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the company’s operations and contributing to its goals by collaborating with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.
• Work closely with leadership teams to provide analytical support for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and availability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in a data analysis role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Volza, import-export data analysis, sourcing, procurement, trade analytics, and basic Management Information System (MIS) dashboarding for business metrics.

Experience

• 2–3 years of professional experience in data analysis.

Environment

• Location: GGN, India.
• Type of Work: In-office position.

Salary

• Estimated salary: 6-7 LPA CTC, with potential for increase based on candidates with business analyst experience.
